If you’re wondering what our outdoor Atlanta escape room games look like, allow us to talk you through the basics.

Essentially, you and your team become the main characters in a live-action game across the city. As a team, you’ll have to move from a start location given to you at the beginning of your game, solving puzzles, completing challenges and unraveling riddles until you reach the end. 

But you’ll also be doing a lot more than that. 

You’ll lift the lid on Atlanta’s city secrets, its history and its culture.

You’ll be working as a team to solve puzzles, riddles and challenges that bring you closer together.

You’ll solve puzzles that require your whole team’s input.

You’ll interact with Atlanta’s streets and immerse yourself in your surroundings. 

And best of all, you’ll have a great time exploring Atlanta’s hidden mysteries and uncovering some hidden gems with the people you like most in the world.

The whole premise of our trails is to encourage more people to get outside, explore more, reevaluate their surroundings and - most importantly - have a lot of fun. 

We transform cities into playgrounds by creating routes and puzzles from zero that are designed to test you and your puzzle-solving, teamwork and observation skills, based on the city itself. 

Your mission is to crack the puzzles, challenges and cryptic clues we’ve provided for you.

How Our Outdoor Escape Rooms Atlanta Work

Our Atlanta outdoor escape "rooms" offer a fresh twist on the classic escape room concept, focusing on exploration and teamwork in the open air rather than confinement. 

Here's a quick guide to how it works:

Preparation: Our games are outdoor adventures, so dress accordingly and be ready for some walking. We've selected spots for optional breaks at cozy cafes and bars along the way which are totally optional, but handy if you need a time out.

Getting Started: Choose your adventure, and we'll send the starting location via WhatsApp. You can begin the game at your convenience (as long as it’s daylight, you can play whenever it suits you!).

The Game: You'll receive tasks, puzzles, and riddles through WhatsApp, each pointing to the next clue hidden in the city's landscape—from street art to plaques, road signs and much, much more! Success hinges on teamwork; every clue solved unlocks the next step in your journey.

Progressing Through the Game: Only correct answers allow you to advance. Each puzzle solved leads you closer to your next destination, with each spot a short walk away. Stay alert for additional clues en route.

Finishing Up: Complete all tasks and reach the end of the trail, and we'll calculate your score based on accuracy, time penalties, and hints used. We’ll let you know how your team did, and you can let us know how much fun you had!
