Refund Policy

Please find the CityDays refund policy below.

Tickets for CityDays & Race Across the World experiences cannot be refunded after purchase unless:

  • the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us
  • there are exceptional circumstances where a refund is deemed appropriate, permitted at the discretion of the customer service team. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule where possible or refund some or all tickets depending on the individual circumstances
  • we are notified within 24 hours of purchase. Customers are entitled to a 24-hour ‘cooling off’ period in case of booking errors
  • issues with the race deemed beyond the control of the customer are experienced

We will accommodate rescheduling of the time, date and route for part or the entirety of an order if advanced notice is provided to us by the customer.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited, to:

  • non-attendance by the customer
  • incorrect race setup. The customer is responsible for ensuring all instructions in any confirmation emails and pre-race communication is actioned
  • inability to solve clues/puzzles and/or complete the race - unless beyond the customer's control. Customers are reminded to use the in-game functions to assist where required
  • poor weather

Exceptions to the above list may be made at the discretion of the customer services team.
