How to book my experience?

• Click 'Book Now' and enter your details and select the number of tickets to match the number of participants.
• Once paid you'll receive an email with login credentials to your setup dashboard.
• On the dashboard find your booking, optionally split into teams, enter a team name and phone numbers.
• Receive the welcome message on your phone, you're all good to go!

Can I book and play the same day?

Of course! After purchasing you can login to your dashboard, where you can enter your number of teams followed by each team's name and member details. Set up within a couple of minutes.

Multiple Teams - Competitive

Once booked, and you've logged into the dashboard, you'll be able to choose how many teams you'd like for your booking - once submitted you'll then be able to fill in team names and member details straight away.

We recommend a team size around 5, with a minimum of 2 people and around 8 as a maximum.

Can I Use My International Phone Number?

All international phone numbers work with our system, using WhatsApp or Telegram will only use data so make sure you can roam whilst away.

Do I need to know the city?

All the trails can be completed with out any prior knowledge without an issue, a perfect way to explore a new city!

Is there a minimum age?

Although most trails have no age rating the usual break points are pubs/bars, usually children can accompany adults into these venues without a problem.

How do I setup my team?

After you've purchased your tickets, head to our dashboard where you'll see your order. Enter a team name and phone numbers for each player and press submit. The setup process might be disabled until a week before the event.

After submitting your team you'll receive an SMS message to each phone number with a pin code and link to the event hub page where you'll find extra setup information, an image feed from the day and the leaderboard.

On the hub page you'll find links to download the app. Once downloaded simply enter the username & pin code sent via SMS to login.

You're now good to go, head to the start zone with enough time to prepare for the game starting!

Are you flexible with dates?

Absolutely, when you're booking you can select to choose your date later. If you've already chosen a date and would like to change this, just reach out to the team and we can process this for you, completely free of charge.

Will groups overlap on the route?

Maybe. Depending on how busy the route is you might be on the tail of another group, overtaking or getting overtaken. It's a great way to meet other like minded adventurers on the way, don't forget to say hi to each other and get a bit competitive!
