Description
A riddle-filled journey through Boston's historic town center. Follow clues around city highlights and hidden gems as you uncover the momentous role they played in America's struggle towards freedom.
Meet founding fathers, champions of equality, a British monarch with a villainous heritage, and witness an ongoing stand-off between two political beasts, all while unravelling entertaining puzzles in the city streets. Founders and Freedom is a great way to experience Boston, past and present, with family, friends or colleagues, learning more about your favourite spots and discovering new treats along the way.
Expect to see: Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, Old State House, Post Office Square, Old South Meeting House and the Old City Hall, plus sites of unrest, conflagration and revolution, wonderful spots to drink, eat and shop, and of course plenty of puzzles! The perfect way to explore the city inside and out.
How It Works
Your team will receive clues on your phones that, once deciphered, will guide you to interesting and scenic parts of the city. At each of these you will solve riddles, discover facts and unlock your next clue.The route is walking distance and features optional breaks at great pubs, bars and cafes along the way. The clues require no prior knowledge and come with hints to make the experience something everyone can enjoy.
