Description
Journey through a mysterious 19th century tunnel beneath a former hunting ground and across the city of Nottingham in this riddle-filled tour. Solve puzzles scattered throughout the city centre as you uncover its hidden sights and the strange and sinister stories behind them. A secret WW2 booze bunker, lions named for heroes of Greek mythology, literary legends, a deathly crush at an execution and a royal refugee, all this and much more in this one of a kind Nottingham experience.
Along the way expect to visit: Old Market Square, the hub of the Victorian lace market, the luxurious Park Estate, the city's famous castle and a host of surprises, as well as stops at great Nottingham pubs and cafes.
This unique interactive tour is perfect for escape room enthusiasts, history lovers and anyone with a love of discovering unknown treasures. Locals and first time visitors alike will find plenty to thrill them!
How It Works
Your team will receive clues on your phones that, once deciphered, will guide you to interesting and scenic parts of the city. At each of these you will solve riddles, discover facts and unlock your next clue.The route is walking distance and features optional breaks at great pubs, bars and cafes along the way. The clues require no prior knowledge and come with hints to make the experience something everyone can enjoy.
