How Our Outdoor Escape Rooms Sydney Work

Our outdoor Sydney escape "rooms" offer a fresh twist on the classic escape room concept, focusing on exploration and teamwork in the open air rather than confinement. 

Here's a quick guide to how it works:

Preparation: Our games are outdoor adventures, so dress accordingly and be ready for some walking. We've selected spots for optional breaks at cosy cafes and bars along the way which are totally optional, but handy if you need a time out.

Getting Started: Choose your adventure, and we'll send the starting location via WhatsApp. You can begin the game at your convenience (as long as it’s daylight, you can play whenever it suits you!).

The Game: You'll receive tasks, puzzles, and riddles through WhatsApp, each pointing to the next clue hidden in the city's landscape—from street art to plaques, road signs and much, much more! Success hinges on teamwork; every clue solved unlocks the next step in your journey.

Progressing Through the Game: Only correct answers allow you to advance. Each puzzle solved leads you closer to your next destination, with each spot a short walk away. Stay alert for additional clues along the way…you never know what might be hiding in plain sight! 

Finishing Up: Complete all tasks and reach the end of the trail, we'll calculate your score based on accuracy, time penalties, and hints used. We’ll let you know how your team did, and you can let us know how much fun you had! And if you reach the top of our leaderboard, you could win a prize…
