Great fun. Really enjoyed the puzzles at the stop off locations. Some directions could have been a little clearer in some areas. But all in all a fabulous way to spend a Bank Holiday Monday
Great afternoon out running round the city on a hot sunny summer bank holiday! Brilliant fun and well worth having a go!Signing out…..for a well earned drink…..3 RD’s and a Heyhey!
Fab day out! Will do again, in another city. Not as easy as you think, which is a good thing.
We had a great time on Race Across the World. We were at team of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and there was something for everyone- solving puzzles, navigating, looking for landmarks. We know London well but this took us down routes we would normally not go down and look for clues on buildings we wouldn't have noticed. The Race is a good pace and length and good for all ages. Ultimately this is a treasure hunt with a link to the show.
A really fun day exploring new bits of Manchester and undertaking challenges pitched just right. Instructions were super easy to follow.
A lot of fun, new snippets of history learnt, and just enough historical background to put the snippets into a wider context. Definitely would recommend to friends and family members. Just one comment - the 15th clue was almost out ofbounds due to works going on in the park, and the foliage was so overgrown that in a week or two the answer might well be illegible due to being hidden! Hope regular checks are made as to feasibility of clues in a changing urban landscape…!
